I believe that the closer our food is to the way God created it, the healthier it is. I use real sugar and avoid artificial sweeteners. I eat my fruit and vegetables raw as often as possible. I eat my cooked meats well done. I try to limit the amount of junk food I eat. When I over indulge, I don't feel too guilty and I get to start fresh the next day. As long as there is tomorrow, there is a second chance to do better than the day before. It's important that we all try and not give up.
Low Calorie Banana Bread
7 ripe bananas 1 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. baking soda 3 cups whole wheat flour
Mix. Pour into 9 x 13 pan (sprayed). Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees.
