Low Calorie Banana Bread

7 ripe bananas
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
3 cups whole wheat flour

Mix.
Pour into 9 x 13 pan (sprayed).
Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees.

Cut into 55 squares to equal 56 calories each!
